1,661 of those time periods together. You can too. You just gotta believe. You see, it is simple...if you work at it smart enough. What is smart enough...the above just above me here...build and use a great bag of coping tools, learn all you can about the Dangers of Smoking, utilize the built in info on the left of this page, etc.
