Iam sorry that I don't get here much anymore, but, I still come by to take a peak once in a while. Thanks Ladybugg, Lily and Roses for your greetings.

To all the new quitters... It does get easier and then it becomes behaviour and then it is just part of everyday life... You eventuallly come to realize that you just don't smoke.

5 Years TODAY! WooHoo!

Josie this is a book!

Here in is the story of my life here on the SSC.

The trials and tribulations the joys and ecstatic moments.

Five years ago today I quit smoking and never started again. My reward is a yoga retreat that specializes in Breathwork! ... and a trip to Hawaii to swim in the ocean. YEAH!

I am so happy to be full of life and joy.

Quitting smoking was the biggest gift that I could have ever given myself.

Yes! If I can do this any one can.

Breathwork! Now that is some crazy crazy stuff...

I hope Rob47 checks in his smobriety date is tomorrow!
