Hello everybody,

Wow, this is working out pretty good.

Let's see good things for me, again, I woke up this morning, I have an appointment to meet with the Psychiatrist this afternoon, first time, as we see Psychologists for most of our therapy and we get to see the Psychiatrist so that he can do whatever it is that he does. I am crossing my fingers that I am not "too crazy".

Have a great day and I will check on the list again in a few days.

Hi Gang!!!

11 years ago On Monday March 2nd at 8:31am I had my son. My angel was born and

LIT

up my life. I had a c-section schedualed for the first thing monday morning with the doctor and my wonderful 8.5 lbs boy came to bless my life.

It was a beautiful march-lamb spring that year!!! We brought him home in a polar fleece outfit while all the snow melted. My husband was all a glow in a t-shirt running around in and out! We christened him at Easter and had a picnic in the yard !!!!AMAZING but true.

my red haired and freckled striped tigre (1998 is the year of the tiger). He who loves the heat and purrs on his moms lap.

My boss said I can take as much time as I need to work with my brother on getting things situated at mom and dad's house.

I got to babysit tonight!

I had a great session with my therapist on Thursday and learned I'm not as bad as I thought I was (at least in one area).

I helped someone today and it made me feel good.

Got my yearly increase this week which was nice
Dragged myself to work and am doing ok
Meeting a friend for bowling over the weekend
It was payday this week
My husband told me I am beautiful even though I was in my ugliest PJ's
No matter how horrible my life feels at times, I can close my eyes and just breathe and feel safe and complete in that moment (even if it's just a few seconds)....
We are all still trying and carrying on even though it is hard

Congratulations on waking up and trying to get through the day. We all know waking up is hard to do!

Distracting oneself can be a positive...however the poor roads are definitely not a good distraction.

Hopefully tomorrow morning will go better for you without the poor roads.

I woke up this morning.

I managed to pull myself together enough to go to work.

Roads were so bad, I didn't have time to think about running my van into the back end of the semi in front of me. (positive or negative not sure which)

I woke up this morning!

My brother and I are going to start to work on mom and dad's house (this is positive).

I haven't seen my Uncle in almost two weeks!

I got three hugs yesterday!

I got to see an old friend for lunch this week!

I only worked 40 hours at work this week (translates - I stuck to my plan)

I've taken a break from the computer this week and done other things around the house.
