I have been stuckk of week 6 for what seems like forever but i put that down to the fact that i am now feeling better and am getting myself out of the house, so have less time for doing the sessions.
Note to self, put in the time.

I wanted to say that I am glad I found this program. Since I can't afford to go to actually counseling this should help a lot. Where I live there is currently no funding for counseling services. I am on my first week. I hope to keep up with the weekly sessions.
