I can relate very well. I also suffer from depression, anxiety,panic attacks. There are a lot of us out there. I'd be glad to talk about anything you like; we're all here to try to help each other.

Hi everyone. My name is Christne/Chris and I have been going to doc's and therapists for almost 10 years. I have been diagnosed with Severe Depression, Agoraphobia, Panic Attacks and perhaps Bi-Polar but I don't think I get manic??? So I'm not sure. I have changed meds many times over the years. Now taking an anti-depressant, anxiety pill, panic pills and they are not working as well as they should. I also am disabled because of my illness and get very little money. No job as I really can't work. I am not lazy as I worked for over 30 years before all this started. Now sometimes I can't even get out of bed and sometimes I can and then I am tired again. Can anyone please talk to me? Thanx for listening to all this.
